Assessing biomedical engineering personnel & training needs: the Zambian example

At the request of the Zambian Health Ministry, THET performed a needs assessment of biomedical engineering personnel & training in public hospitals. The assessment determined that there was a significant shortage of qualified professionals at all skill levels.
