IHLFS Full Evaluation Report

THET welcomes the International Health Links Funding Scheme evaluation by Capacity Development International. The IHLFS aimed to strengthen the health services capacity in developing countries by supporting over a hundred health links, each between a UK health institution and a developing country counterpart.
